: If a worker or employee working in a tea plantation falls ill for a long time due to a serious disease, if he or she needs to undergo drug treatment on the recommendation of a doctor recognized by the Government of Nepal, such worker or employee will be given an amount equal to a maximum of two months salary for the drug treatment facility.
